Although a new company, the director Sarah-Jayne and her team have a wealth of combined experience amounting to over 50 years in the property field.

Sarah-Jayne
With her ‘power house’ knowledge, Sarah-Jayne is simply the new homes specialist in the Warwickshire, Worcestershire and West Midlands areas and her client list, both past and present, is a testament to the fact. Sarah-Jayne has over 30 year experience in this fascinating industry.
Before setting up her own business, Sarah-Jayne was responsible for creating the new homes teams at well known local firms John Shepherd and Peter Clarke, where she cemented her reputation as the ‘go to’ agent – especially for small and mid size developers – who value the unique dedication and commitment of somebody more like themselves.
Sarah-Jayne is most definitely work crazy, but also enjoys family time, tennis and spending holidays in the warmer climates of Portugal when business allows.
Mandy
Mandy has had a love affair with residential property since 1994 and because of that passion, she has moved many times herself in and around the Solihull and Warwickshire areas. Being a true Silhillian, she has many roots and memories in the area which gives her the passion and ‘know how’ needed to sell within this lovely borough. With an eye for detail, Mandy has strong administrative and organisational skills alongside a real flair for interior design and staging which gives her the edge when selling a lifestyle home. Her negotiation skills are second to none and she has an amazing track record of sales to her credit whilst working for large corporate agents, such as Savills, Peter Clarke, and John Shepherd’s to name but a few.
When time allows, Mandy loves strolling around the Warwickshire countryside, taking road trips to our glorious beaches in Devon and Cornwall (which always include good food and red wine). Cooking for friends and family plays a big part in her life… and why not!
