Dale deserves a special spotlight—equal parts professional, proactive, and reassuring, she somehow made even the trickiest moments feel completely under control. You always got the sense she genuinely wanted us to get the house, not just close a deal, and that made all the difference.

And then there’s Mandy, who is basically the definition of thorough and efficient.
