Application to express your interest in a development of Self Build Plots in Claverdon

We are seeking Expressions Of Interest from people who would like to have the opportunity to acquire a Self-Build plot for your own use. There will be a Local Connection to Claverdon and the following criteria is listed below.
To qualify you must be a resident of Claverdon and or have a local connection
(1) They were born in the Parish of Claverdon or whose parent(s) were ordinarily resident in that Parish at the time of birth.
(2) Currently live in the Parish of Claverdon and have done so for at least the past 12 months.
(3) Used to live in the Parish of Claverdon and did so for a continuous period of not less than three years.
(4) Currently work in the Parish of Claverdon and have done so for at least the past 12 months for an average of not less than 16 hours per week.
(5) Currently has a close family member (mother. father, brother, sister, son, daughter)
A secondary connection may be available if you have a local connection to an adjoining parish.
